Trappist BBQ
August 29th 4 - 8 pm
Our Chef de Partie Bobby Norton will be firing up the grill and going all out. In addition, Our Head Chef Lorraine Rosenthal will be putting here years of experience as a pastry chef to work and present us with a dessert option. 
Here is what's on the menu.

Marinated bavette steak with herb butter and charred red onions,
Twice-baked Yukon Gold potato stuffed with cheddar & bacon, served with sour cream & chives.
Grilled broccolini
For Dessert
Mini Dutch Apple pie with caramel sauce and fresh whipped cream
