Founder and veteran brewer, Charles Porter, has a knack for harnessing the little beasts or microflora that ferment our beer, capturing their untamed beauty and producing highly craveable and totally delicious craft beer. 
We managed to get our hands on 2 different offerings and will be tapping them at 6:00 pm this coming Saturday. We will be Joined by Head Brewer Paul Rey. Come on by, meet the brewer, and drink some fantastic beer. 

Here are their two offerings:

Bes Tart Wheat Ale
Brewed with Belgian malts, noble hops, & chamomile flowers, then fermented with a blend of unique saccharomyces yeasts & conditioned on lactobacillus.
Belgian-Style Coffee Porter
Brewed with Ristretto Roasted Beaumont Blend  & Ethiopian coffee.
This Belgian style Porter possesses chocolate truffle, cherry, and roasted nut characteristics. Belgian malts & yeasts add a traditional character.
